Food insecurity is a bigger problem then you might imagine even in our local schools.
Please join us in helping almost 200 elementary students who face food insecurity.
In partnership with the San Diego Food Bank we deliver weekend food supplies roughly every two weeks during the school year. We load and deliver these food packages to Poway Elementary Schools on behalf of The Church at RB. If you drive anything larger then a sedan like a mini SUV, SUV or pickup truck please come in that vehicle as it makes it easier to transport the food boxes, but all are welcome.
We begin loading behind the Poway Adult Ed center on Midland Road in front of the warehouse facility at 9am and then run the food out to the schools, it only takes about 45 minutes or less total.

*You can register for one or multiple dates in this form. Dates are open from September through May. Additionally, when you register for a particular date please use 1 registration slot per vehicle, not how many people may come in total with you in one vehicle.
