Proverbs 18:20–24
“From the fruit of their mouth a person’s stomach is filled… The tongue has the power of life and death.”
Language is portrayed as generative. Words produce fruit, shape environments, and influence outcomes. This passage invites intentionality, reminding us that speech is never neutral.
Wisdom speaks with the awareness that words do more than express thoughts; they shape realities.
