We are seeking dependable and caring individuals to join our Childcare team. This role provides direct supervision and care for children during Circle Group meetings on select Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays throughout the fall. Team members help support a welcoming and fun environment where children feel safe, valued, and known.

Schedule

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays : 6:00 PM – 8:15 PM

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and age-appropriate care to children during ministry programming
Implement safety and check-in/check-out protocols
Lead or assist with playtime, activities, and simple biblical lessons
Maintain cleanliness and organization of children's room
Communicate positively and professionally with parents and volunteers
Support the Children’s Ministry Coordinator with setup, cleanup, and prep as needed
Adhere to all ministry policies and procedures for child safety and conduct

Qualifications

At least 16 years old
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a heart for working with children
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to maintain confidentiality and composure in a fast-paced environment
Must pass a background check and child safety screening prior to start
Prior experience working with children is a plus but not required
